The Cafe launches new menu

The Café is presenting many new dishes on its à la carte menu, showcasing the best of Western, North West Frontier Indian, Nepalese and Pan-Asian cuisines.

Executive Chef Gopi Nandakumar and Executive Sous Chef Arun Prasad, along with the restaurant’s culinary team, have created sumptuous dishes, including smoked salmon carpaccio; deep-fried prawns; and buttered prawns with vodka.  

The menu also features a delightful array of international sizzlers , including sizzling prawns, grilled rustic chicken and sizzling Himalayan trout.  Chef Prasad recommends the sizzling whole Himalayan trout, which comes with a choice of caper-lemon sauce or tomato-basil compote.  The moisture and tenderness of the trout are sure to have taste buds craving for more.

On the Pan-Asian side, guests can enjoy ever-popular dishes such as Stir fried sliced tenderloin with Asian greens, mushrooms, oyster sauce ; Stir fried chicken with dry red chilli, szechwann peppers and cashewnuts;  Indonesian sea food and chicken fried rice with egg, chicken satay and prawn wafer  and Stir fried hakka noodle . 

For Indian and Nepalese food lovers, the menu features fish, prawns, murgh, mutton, paneer and Hyderabadi dum aloo. 

Tandoor delicacies, including murgh tikka, tawa machli, tandoori jingha, hara bara kebab, are available for lunch (12:00 pm – 3:00 pm) or dinner (7:00 pm – 10:00 pm). 

For dessert, guests can enjoy piña colada cake, blueberry and chocolate Liner crème brûlée, and walnut-apple spiced cake.
