Punjabi Food Festival
Hyatt Regency Kathmandu is introducing a Punjabi Food Festival at their all-day dining restaurant, The Café, from 24 through 31 March as part of its monthly promotional plan. Chef Santosh Kumar Koradi, who recently joined the property as Executive Chef, has designed the menu along with the culinary team to give diners authentic Punjabi flavors.
The food festival gives diners a wide range of Punjabi dishes to choose from, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The eight-day festival will host a delectable variety of Punjabi food from welcome drinks to desserts.
Some of the delicacies include fish amritsari, tawa keema kaleji, patiyala shahi seeken, mini kachori, samosa chat, aloo papdi chat, badami shorwa, murg makhani, ratlami gosht, maa rajma dal and kesari jalebi.
The promotion is open for dinner only and is served from 6:30 PM till 10:30 PM, priced at NPR 2,000 per person plus taxes.
